The DP900 Series Power Supplies combine our new touch screen interface with new flexibility and higher speed functions designed for benchtop DC power analysis. The DP932A and DP932U are 3 channel completely isolated benchtop power supplies. Activate the high-speed arb function that allows you to update the power supply output at up to 10 times per second while quickly creating a repeating shape or pattern from the front panel. You can also combine channels 1 and 2 internally either in parallel or in series to expand the power envelope for your testing. No more cabling challenges since you can now get the current or voltage for both channels with one cable connection. The DP932A comes with all the capabilities enabled. The DP932U has optional resolution, digital IO, and arbitrary speed upgrades. The DP932U also comes with safety banana plugs in place of the binding posts on the DP932A. This combination of flexibility and capability makes the DP900 an important addition to any engineer’s bench.

Channels 1 & 2 can be internally connected via the utility menu either in parallel or series. This allows engineers to get voltage or current from both channels with only a connection to the channel 1 terminals. With all 3 fully isolated channels it is easy to configure the instrument for your application.

Collect and analyze critical details about your device operation with graphical sampling on the front panel display. Capture and graph voltage, current, and/or power from any of the channels.

With high-speed arbitrary mode, engineers can create a function or waveform of up to 512 points with a minimum dwell time as low as 1 millisecond. Create sine waves, pulses, ramps, or custom shapes to output on the power supply channel in either voltage or current. Set up the waveform to repeat or trigger using the digital IO or bus communication. Combine high speed arb mode and sampling for complete analysis of a test device’s power performance.
